Terms and conditions To guarantee the reservation we request the client to deposit 50% of the total cost of the stay on the bank account of the pousada. In case of cancellation, you will not be charged any amount if the cancellation is made at least seven days prior to the day of checkin at the pousada. If the guest wishes to cancel the reservation within seven days before the date of the checkin, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged. A daily rate starts at 14:00 o'clock and ends at 12:00 o'clock of the next day. Breakfast is served between 7:30 and 10:00 o'clock. The pousada offers a swimming pool which is suitable for adults and can be used between 10:00 and 19:00 o'clock. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult, because the pousada does not have lifeguards. The pool has a size of 2.60 meter wide, 6 meter long and 1,3 meter deep. We do not accept checks. Smoking is forbidden in the buildings.
